Lowell continues his story by explaining how his doubts caused him to struggle with remaining a Latter-day Saint. Lowell hoped by serving a faithful LDS mission he would be able to overcome his doubts and gain a strong testimony. Lowell believed that there were good answers to the questions he raised and was surprized when church leaders did not provide answers and asked Lowell to ignore the questions he asked. |
